1. Consult

Give us a call or send us a message expressing your desire to relocate. We’ll understand your moving needs, answer your questions, and guide you on the next steps.


2. Site Visit

Depending on the size of the move, we may schedule either:

  • A physical site visit for larger homes and office relocations, or
  • A virtual assessment via phone or video call for smaller moves.

Site visits are arranged at your earliest convenience to ensure proper planning and accurate quotations.


3. Planning

Once the assessment is complete:

  • A detailed quotation is shared
  • We agree on the pricing and logistics
  • Your moving date is scheduled.

4. Confirmation

Two days before the move, we reach out to:

  • Confirm the moving date and time
  • Finalize the moving team
  • Prepare and allocate all required packing materials and equipment to ensure everything is organized and ready before moving day.

5. Move Day

A typical move day begins at 8:30 AM.

Upon arrival:

  • Our team conducts a full walkthrough of the house
  • The team lead assigns rooms and responsibilities
  • Packing begins using organized room-by-room systems
  • Boxes are carefully labeled for easy unpacking and setup
  • We then proceed with: loading, secure transportation and offloading at your new location

6. Reassembly and Set-up

Once we arrive at your new home, we don’t just leave boxes behind.

We help with:

  • Reassembling beds and furniture
  • Reinstalling curtains and organizing cabinets
  • Arranging furniture, mounting and installing your entertainment setup.
  • Setting up your space neatly and per your instructions.

Our goal is to help your new place feel like home.


7. Final Walk-through

Before we leave, the client conducts a final walkthrough of the home with our team. Any adjustments or changes requested are handled on the spot to ensure complete satisfaction.

And that’s it — your home is fully set up and ready for you to settle in comfortably.


8. Review and Feedback

After the move, we’ll send you a review link to share your experience with us.
